Refund Policy - the basics
We comply with the Australian consumer law (ACL). Under ACL you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if services provided.
Are not carried out with duty of care and skill
Are not fit for their intended purpose
Are not delivered as agreed
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude it limit your rights under Australian consumer law
Deposits

Deposits are required to secure bookings and cover planning, materials, and scheduling.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.

If a booking is cancelled before work begins and no materials have been ordered, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.

Weather-related delays will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Services Provided
Due to the nature of landscaping and construction services, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind once work has commenced

Variations requested by the client after work begins

Delays caused by weather, supplier shortages, or access issues beyond our control

Natural variations in materials (e.g. colour, texture, plant growth)
