 **Terms and Conditions for Perth custom construction and landscapes** Welcome to Perth custom construction and landscapes! By hiring our landscaping services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

**1. Services Provided** Perth custom construction and landscapes offers a variety of landscaping services, including but not limited to: - Lawn care (installation, fertilisation) - Planting and garden bed installation - Landscape design and consultation - Reticulation set up and installation - limestone retaining - brick paving - Garden bed set up and installation - aluminium edging - sleepers  - Steppers and stones

**2. Estimates and Pricing** - All estimates provided are based on the current conditions and are subject to change - Final pricing will be confirmed before the work begins. - 50% deposit Payment is due on the day of acceptance before work is commenced - The final 50% is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

**3. Late payment fee** -An invoice will be sent on the day of completion and a late payment fee will accrue if the final payment is not made within 72 hours after completion of the job. This fee will be a total of ( $250 ) per day after the 72 hours until the payment has been made. A letter of dishonour will be sent after 1 week after completion of the job and we will be forced to take legal action.

**4. Scheduling** - Services are scheduled based on availability. - Customers will be notified of the scheduled date and time for work completion. - Any change in scheduling must be communicated at a minimum of 72 hours in advance as any and all materials are non refundable

**5. Client Responsibilities** - Clients must provide access to the property on the scheduled date of service. - Clients should ensure that pets and children are kept away from work areas for safety.

**6. Cancellation Policy** - If a cancellation is to accrue after the job has been accepted a cancellation fee of ( 10% of the total price of the job ) will be made by the customer. If the cancellation fee is not paid within 72 hours of the cancellation a letter of demand will be sent and we will be forced to take legal action.

**7. Guarantees and Warranties** - We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will address your concerns. - Plant guarantees are valid for 1 week after installation if proper care is followed.

**8. Liability** - Perth custom construction and landscapes is insured and will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during service. However, we are not liable for any indirect damages or losses that may occur during our work.

**9. Intellectual Property** - All designs, layouts, and concepts developed by Perth custom construction and landscapes remain the intellectual property of the company.

**10. Modifications to Terms** - Perth custom construction and landscapes reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will take effect immediately.

**11. Governing Law** - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of WA/Australia.
